During every 30 lesson individual beginners course all students learn about:
a) basic issues
b) practical issues which encourage them to act
c) individual issues, tailored specially to the student
 
Re: a) Basic issues. The student:
- knows the Polish alphabet and can write in Polish
 - can introduce themselves using: “My name is...”, “I'm...”, “I'm from...
  - knows basic expressions (“Thank you”, “I'm sorry”, “please”- and can use them in different
situations- “I understand”, “I speak a little Polish”, “Can you repeat?”) etc.
-    - knows adjectives and professions and can use them to form sentences e.g. “He is a handsome
actor”, “She is a tall model”, “I'm a good student”.
 - can talk about their family and their hobby
- knows numbers, colors, times of day
- can tell the time
  - can describe their day (“I get up”, “I eat breakfast”, “I read the newspaper” etc.)
   - knows verbs of movement: “I go/I walk/I drive/I ride” and adverbs of frequency: “twice a month”,
“everyday”, “never”, “rarely”, “always” etc.
   - knows the names of days and months
 
Re: b) Practical issues, the student:
- can do the shopping and place an order in a restaurant (“please”+accusative)
 - can say what they like ( “I like”+accusative) and what they don't like/ don't want (+genitive)
- can order a taxi
 - can book a table in a restaurant
 - can make an appointment, invite somebody to lunch, concert, dinner, the cinema, the theater etc.
 
Re: c) Individual issues, tailored specially to the student:
- different vocabulary is necessary for a manager of a company (office equipment, requests,
instructions) and different for an IT student. The teacher, thus, prepares lessons suited to the
individual needs of the student in order to enable them to function in their work environment.
